Sweat 3 Times Per Week
Pilates and Barre are such beautiful ways to move because both methods can be easily adjusted to how you’re feeling on a particular week. As women we know that our energy levels change week to week; instead of fighting this and feeling guilty we can simply acknowledge that there are times during the month where we can really push our limits and it feels amazing, and then there are times where something slower, calmer is exactly what we need. We can be consistent with our movement practice and still be smart enough to listen to our bodies, which is crucial.
In your workouts you will often hear me say Make it your own, based on how you’re feeling today.
Ideally you'll commit to 3 classes per week for 6 weeks.
Your workouts can be a combination of Power Pilates & Signature Barre. You'll have access to any of the classes on our studio timetable.
We like to chat with all Beginer Barre participants one on one before the program begins to guide you on the best way to get the most from your Program time.

Savour Every Meal

Take the time to slow down and savour your meals. You want your meals to be quick, delicious and nourishing but wherever possible sit, breath and enjoy your meal.
The meal inspirations here are simple and quick, with suggested changes if you’re vegetarian. Don’t get too caught up in the calories, the restrictions, the fat, the sugar, and everything else in between. This is about learning to savour and enjoy simple, yummy food without the dogma of everything you should or shouldn’t be doing.

Do I have to do 3 classes per week or can I do less?
Three classes per week is really the sweet spot for a slender and defined body. We understand some weeks get busy so you;ll also have access to our online workouts which you can do from anywhere, in your time.
What is the refund policy?
- Full refunds are given if you cancel >8 days before the program begins.
- 50% refunds are given with less than 7 days’ cancellation notice, or you can fully transfer your registration to a friend or you can put the money towards a 10 class pass instead. No refunds available once the program has commenced.
Do I have to book for every class?
Our personalised studio space requires that bookings for classes be made in advance. This secures your spot as well keeping you accountable to your goals. Think of it like a Personal Training session.
Can I book into any class on the timetable?
Yes you can book yourself into any class during the program. We also guide you on the best way to scheudle your workouts depending on your goals and starting point.

Is this program suitable while pregnant?
While our Signature Barre classes and Power Pilates classes are great during pregnancy, this program is not designed as a pre-natal program.
