Besides getting back into shape, this challenge is all about learning to think for yourself, and setting your own standards of what health, wellbeing and fitness mean to you. So many women get confused about looking after themselves because they think that following every experts is the answer. But you’re the only expert on yourself. You’re the only one who can decide what’s a right fit for you.
This challenge is about giving you a framework. So stay committed, consistent and have fun with it!

We've kept the program short & sweet so it's completely realistic and can seamlessly fit into your lifestyle - because movement should do that. Besides the movement, each week you'll receive delicious meal inspirations and curated expert online videos to help you stay motivated beyond the 4 weeks.
With limited 10 spots available in each challenge, it's your chance to sweat, sculpt & stretch yourself towards a stronger, leaner and more energised you. The challenge is great for anyone new to barre & looking to get into it, and suitable for all fitness levels and ages.

Next book in your 3 classes per week for the 4 week period. You're welcome to book yourself into less classes some weeks & more classes others if you’d like, but we recommend you aim to complete all 12 classes over the challenge to really get results you'll notice.

If I’ve done barre before can I still join in or is it only for beginners?
Please joins us even if you have done barre before. Barre Fusion classes are very different to other methods and the personalised attention means we ensure you’re working at the adequate level for you.
What’s the cost of the challenge?
It's $239pp if you register for the early bird rate (or $269 rrp) for 12 classes during the 28 days, which works out at just $59.75 per week - less than the cost of 1 personal training session for 3 classes and all the goodies. Unlike other studios that cram up to 30 people in per class, we cap each class at just 10 participants - that way we can provide you with the personal attention you deserve, ensure you're learning the correct technique, and making sure you get the most from each class.
Do I have to do 3 classes per week or can I do less?
You can do less than 3 classes but 3 is really the sweet spot for feeling stronger and leaner. We understand some weeks get busy so aiming for an average of 3 classes over the challenge is a great goal to aim for, but you can do less some weeks & more in others. The cost of the challenge is the same regardless of how many classes you participate in.
What is the refund policy?
- Full refunds are given if you cancel >8 days before the challenge begins.
- 50% refunds are given with less than 7 days’ cancellation notice, or you can fully transfer your registration to a friend or you can put the money towards a 10 class pass instead. No refunds available once the challenge has commenced.
Do I have to book for every class?
Our personalised studio space requires that bookings for classes be made in advance. This secures your spot as well keeping you accountable to your goals. Think of it like a Personal Training session.
Can I book into any class on the timetable?
Yes you can book yourself into any class during the challenge and you can book for the entire three weeks at the start of the challenge.
