Brisbane Barre and Pilates Studio's Intro to Barre class provides beginners the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of our method in a fun and supportive environment. The classes (as always) emphasise proper alignment, introduce breathing techniques and are designed to provide a firm foundation on which to build your practice.
You’ll finish the class feeling fully equipped to join our general classes with a perkier bum as a bonus ;)
Intro to Barre is perfect for students who have never practiced barre before, for those returning to movement after a break or even for those who have tried other barre methods but never really "got it".
