Before you're ready to jump into any of our regular classes, you just need a better understanding of what you should & shouldn't be doing. In our 'Pre-Natal Barre Introductory Session' you’ll be introduced to the simple modifications you’ll need to know for your barre workouts, while also learning some general guidelines for exercise during this special time.
If you’re in your second trimester and have received clearance from your medical professional we look forward welcoming you at our lovely and friendly studio.

Which BBS workouts are best for me while pregnant?
Our BBS Signature Method and our BBS Flow & Stretch class are a fantastic due to incorporate into your lifestyle.
Will I be able to do most moves?
Generally speaking- yes. But this is why you must attend a pre-natal intro session so we can fully explain any modifications. It’s also a great opportunity to discuss any individual needs you might have. Book in for our next schedule session.
Where do I find maternity workout clothes?
It’s tough to find – but for the most comfortable pregnancy tights check out Active Truth who have a dedicated pregnancy range, with a super stretchy waist that can be worn over or under your belly bump.
Will I be the only pregnant lady in the general classes?
Possibly. But don’t worry; we will love having you in class and we have one of the most lovely community of ladies who will welcome you with open arms. It’s not an inconvenience to anyone. It’s actually inspirational for others to see you maintaining an active lifestyle during such a special time in your life.
