KEEPING THAT FOCUS.
Welcome to week 3 of your challenge! As we go further into a challenge, two things can happen. We either cement new habits, or we start to lose interest/focus.
Losing interest usually happens if we have gone into a challenge with an all or nothing mentally, while not taking into consideration that we're not robots. Our energy, discipline and interest (in anything) go up and down. Things outside of our control happen and we simply we get busy with life. So what do we do now? Well, the last things you want to do is beat yourself up about it, but you also don't want to let yourself off the hook completely. Acknowledge what's happening, set an intention to do even just five minutes a day of movement, to choose just one meal that day that is going to nourish you and to choose five minutes of quiet in your day.
